Job Summary

Familiar with a variety of strategies and tactics, the Digital Marketing Consultant will drive campaigns and marketing programs for the agency clients. The successful candidate must have the ability to capture and inspire clients with his or her ideas.

Key Responsibilities

25% - Strategy Consulting:

  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and best practices
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with clients to define their digital marketing goals and objectives
  • Develop and present comprehensive digital marketing strategies

50% - Digital Marketing Execution:

  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), analytics & reporting.
  • Optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Google Search Console to track and analyze campaigns performance.
  • Collaborate closely with design and content teams to create compelling digital assets for campaigns.

25% - Client Services / Project Management:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Communicate project status and updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent hands-on digital marketing skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional project management and time management abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.

Tech Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Asana.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaign execution.
  • Experience in client services and project management in a marketing agency setting is a plus.
