Main Role Objectives

  • Successful delivery & execution of agency projects for clients
  • Ensure quality in the work delivered
  • Effective and efficient campaign management from planning to execution and reporting

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Client Services Team Leader, the Marketing Specialist team member is responsible to work towards achieving the role objectives described above. The Marketing Specialists are distributed across different time zones and geographies to work closely with the global needs of our clients. Although some meetings might be outside the 9-5 business hours, all the work can be performed during regular business hours in the respective time zones.

 

  • Work with your dedicated agency team to complete client projects on time and budget
  • Understanding requirements from clients and agency Client Services team for different project
  • Execute client projects using the best digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Campaign management, reporting and analysis among multiple-channels: email, web, webinars, events
  • Lead management and qualification process
  • Updates of data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Generate reports and analysis as needed to ensure data-driven decisions are made by agency and clients
  • Follow agency processes for time tracking, project updates, work management and communication protocols
  • Provide regular updates to team leaders and management

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 or 2 years experience with digital marketing practices
  • Fluent in English with strong writing skills
  • Additional languages is a big bonus: German, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Mandarin or Japanese
  • Email marketing or newsletter experience
  • Willingness to learn digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Experience updating website content
  • Familiar with CRM Software (Preferred but not required)
  • Self-Starter and ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities, projects, resources
  • Sales experience is a bonus!
